This Nubian Heritage toner achieves that balance with a special formulation of African black soap and witch hazel that dries up excess oil production without over-drying your skin. We made sure to add other natural ingredients like our certified organic shea butter and aloe combo to add hydration and protect your skin's natural emollients from washing away. During all this work, a proprietary blend of essential oils calm irritated skin, including tea tree, cucumber and chamomile toner oils.
